Checking
Stockmens Bank offers three different checking accounts that vary
according to minimum balance and options that best fit your needs. You may
be able to earn interest on an account but some limitations may apply. You
will receive a bank statement each month. We also offer ATM cash cards and
preauthorized electronic payments and can help set up a direct deposit
account for you.
Money Market Account
This account allows you to earn interest on your deposits but gives you
the flexibility to write checks with some limitations. You will receive a
statement each month on this account.
Business Checking
Stockmens Bank has several options available for business customers
including both interest bearing and non-interest bearing accounts
depending on the type of the business. You will receive a bank statement
each month of your account's transactions along with your canceled checks.
Certificates of
Deposit (CD's)
Stockmens Bank has numerous CD terms available and all at competitive
rates. You may receive on your account by adding it to your account,
crediting it to a checking or savings account, or by receiving an interest
check. $1000.00 minimum deposit. Penalty for early withdrawal.
Individual Retirement
Accounts (IRA'S) Stockmens Bank has 18m variable rate CD IRAs. The interest is compounded daily. A deposit of $500.00 is
required to open an IRA and you must maintain a $500.00 minimum balance. A
complete description and disclosure is available upon request. At our
discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account at any
time. Any interest rate changes will take effect on the first day of
the month.
Savings Account
This account allows you to save money. With a low minimum balance
requirement, you will receive a competitive interest rate and quarterly
statements.
